Role Description
Shift Leader What you’ll do:
- Ensures production is performed according to Autoliv standards.
- Oversees the production area with full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling activities.
- Ensures adherence to standards of Health & Safety and Quality.
- Drives continuous improvement to achieve stable performance.
- Ensures daily operations run according to ALV standards and SQDCM targets, coordinating activities in cross‑functional teams within own production area.
- Builds and maintains an understanding among AMTs of their area’s and lines impact on production area results.
- Organizes Gemba meetings (Start‑up/Handover, Pulse, Kaizen, Communications and Daily SQDCM).
- Coordinates and balances resources between different AMTs according to priority and operator availability.
