What you’ll do:

• Ensures production is performed according to Autoliv standards.
• Oversees the production area with full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling activities.
• Ensures adherence to standards of Health & Safety and Quality.
• Drives continuous improvement to achieve stable performance.
• Ensures daily operations run according to ALV standards and SQDCM targets, coordinating activities in cross‑functional teams within own production area.
• Builds and maintains an understanding among AMTs of their area’s and lines impact on production area results.
• Organizes Gemba meetings (Start‑up/Handover, Pulse, Kaizen, Communications and Daily SQDCM).
• Coordinates and balances resources between different AMTs according to priority and operator availability.
• Adjusts production planning in line with internal flows, customer priorities, blocked lines, backlog...
