Shift Supervisor Job Description

A McDonald's Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing coaching, training, and motivation to crew and other supervisors/managers. Shift Supervisors plan for each shift using pre-shift tools for all areas, lead informative shift huddles, motivate the team throughout the shift, monitor performance, and take any corrective action needed to meet the guest demand. The Shift Supervisor will ensure the team is meeting McDonald's operational standards while monitoring safety, security, and profitability in all areas of the restaurant. Shift Supervisors are responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned departments meet their goals.

Salary: $20.60 per hour. Full time would include 8 hours of work per day, 5 days a week, flexible shift schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and may include overnights. 2 flexible days off. Part time to be negotiated upon hire to ensure job duties are available withi...
