Position Overview

The Shipping Coordinator (Bilingual) will provide support on the transfer of products and processes from the US to Nuevo Laredo. The role involves contacting couriers, entering shipping information into the system, ensuring correct materials are picked for the correct purchase order, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking daily.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping orders.
• Communicate with carriers for pickups.
• Access the system and print pick‑lists for the day.
• Coordinate all order schedules to ship on time and leave the facility on schedule.
