Shop Technician - Aerial Lifts & Forklifts

We are recruiting for a Shop Technician to join a growing, safety-focused equipment rental and material handling operation in Hamilton, ON. This role is ideal for a mechanically strong technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working through complex repairs, and being part of a collaborative team environment. This is not a parts-changer role. The right technician is confident, detail-oriented, and patient when diagnosing issues someone who takes pride in fixing things properly and safely, even when repairs dont go perfectly the first time.

Location: Hamilton, Ontario

Pay: $35$45/hour (flexible based on experience, with review after 90 days) + benefits

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00am5:00pm

Hours: ~47.5 hours/week, OT paid after 44 hours

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
