What You’ll Do: Create and test content across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts. 
Repurpose long‑form videos into engaging short clips with strong hooks. 
Script, storyboard, and publish original short‑form content. 
Track performance and optimize for growth (engagement, conversions, signups). 
Manage YouTube Community & Instagram posts to drive leads. 
(Bonus) Use ManyChat or similar tools to scale engagement. 
Collaborate with the video team on editing when needed.
