Signage Production Specialist (Production & Light Installation)

FASTSIGNS is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Signage Production Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role primarily focused on in‑house production, with occasional light installation work and site support as needed.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment producing high‑quality custom signage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain signage production equipment including: Epson SureColor S80600, Mutoh UV printer, Trotec Laser, Laminator, Vinyl plotters/cutters and Mounting and finishing equipment
• Produce and finish banners, decals, wall graphics, window graphics, ACM signs, wayfinding signage, and custom signage products
• Weed, mask, trim, laminate, mount, and apply vinyl graphics
• Prepare artwork and files for production
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate sizing, colors, and finishing
