Job Description
**Key missions of the position:**
Field Service Site Engineer - AMC is responsible for managing Maintenance contracts at designated railway
sites with a focus on achieving execution targets, safety of man & Machines, deliver contractual commitments,
Customer satisfaction, ensuring reliability of the product & services in strong co-ordination with team &
customer.
**Main responsibilities:**
+ Manage & execute Maintenance contracts of the designated site ensuing timely service delivery, delivering contractual commitments and compliance with safety and quality standard.
+ Resolve customer issues with strong collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Spares & inventory management.
+ Ensure feedback of field experience at all stages to improve reliability of the products
+ Periodic reporting of the open points of Customer and follow ups till the action is closed
