As part of the Dream Income Properties team, the Site Labourer contributes daily to the success of our construction operations. Responsibilities include performing on-site tasks, ensuring job site accessibility, and maintaining safety protocols. You'll play a vital role in the progression of both commercial and residential projects, managing waste disposal and supporting trades.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out key tasks for on-site construction
• Ensure continuous job site accessibility and safety
• Load and unload materials efficiently
• Collect and sort construction waste for recycling
• Handle administration duties associated with job sites
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in construction
• High School diploma; Trade School is an asset
