Role Description
Judge Direct Placement is working with a metal products manufacturer in the Ontario-Fontana, CA area seeking a Bilingual Site Leader to oversee daily operations of their facility. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between executive strategy and floor-level execution, ensuring that our production of high-quality metal products—ranging from raw fabrication to finished assemblies—remains efficient, safe, and on schedule. As a bilingual leader, you will be the cultural and operational glue of their facility, fostering a collaborative environment where every team member.
Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Direct all daily plant operations including metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, and finishing departments.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual operating budgets and capital expenditure (CapEx) plans to upgrade machinery and technology.
