Site Superintendent

We're seeking a dynamic Site Superintendent to join a General Contractor building multi family structures in Winnipeg. What We Offer: • Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 • Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Permanent • Benefits: Employer-paid medical & dental, vehicle allowance, employee stock ownership, life insurance. What You'll Do: • Review drawings and contracts to identify issues early and prepare schedules with input from trades. • Manage permits, materials, and labor requirements for smooth project execution. • Oversee daily construction activities, coordinate trades, monitor progress and quality, and escalate concerns when necessary. • Enforce safety standards, lead orientations, distribute PPE, and address safety questions and non-compliance. • Maintain accurate records using construction software, manage purchase orders and invoices, and ensure costs align with estimates. • Handle change orders with proper documentation and coordination and support client handover by organizing move-in an...
