Now hiring a detail-oriented Grader Operator to enhance our construction crew. Focus on precision grading and roadwork in a fast-paced environment with a strong safety culture.
With 3–5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, you'll lead the charge in operating heavy graders including CAT and John Deere models. Daily inspections and maintenance of equipment are key responsibilities, along with excellent grade control skills and the ability to read construction plans accurately. Adaptability and problem-solving are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute fine grading and road building tasks
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on graders
• Ensure precision through effective grade control
• Utilize GPS and machine control technology
• Communicate consistently and effectively on-site
Requirements:
