Role Description
Hourly position: Skilled Labourer I: $26.15–$34.00; Skilled Labourer II: $34.00–$41.84
What You’ll Do
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Help with site clean‑up and setup
- Follow all safety rules
- Help install concrete and footing work
- Operate equipment such as jackhammers, drills, skid steers, zoom booms, and aerial lifts (tickets required)
- Use pumps, compressors, and generators
- Load and unload materials
- Build and take down scaffolding and temporary structures
- Grind, sand, scrape, and polish surfaces
- Help build forms for walls, slabs, stairs, and footings
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Dig trenches, backfill, and level ground
- Align forms and assemble form systems
