The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Operator Training program. This full-time Community Training Specialist position requires strong skills in curriculum design, training delivery evaluation, and collaboration with diverse teams. Traveling to various communities will be essential for observing, coaching, and continually improving the training process based on participant feedback.
