• Position: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
• Location: Microair India Office (Office-based)
• Reporting To: Customer Engagement, Sales & Marketing Manager (Australia)
• Experience Required: 5+ years

• Time Zone Flexibility: Must be able to overlap with Australian, Dublin, and occasionally US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Mailchimp campaigns.
• Create and schedule content.
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics.

Customer Engagement

• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Engage with online communities.
• Escalate technical queries when required.
