Social Services Manager II - NU (Brantford)

Position Purpose Summary

This position is a part of a collaborative management team and provides day-to-day supervision of program staff, ensuring effective teamwork, high standards of work quality and customer service excellence to meet the needs of shelter and CRF clients in a housing focus holistic manner in accordance with policies and procedures.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the program operations in accordance with the mission and values of The Salvation Army and the Brantford Booth Centre
• Oversee and direct the planning, organization and implementation of case management plans
• Assist ED in screening CFC (Corrections) client cases in preparation for CFC meetings
• Liaise with community resources and encourage community involvement in programs, partnerships and program development
