Social Worker (Bethany Residence)

We are seeking a Full‑Time Social Service Worker to join our Bethany Residence program in Burlington.

Position Summary

Working under the direction of the Manager or delegate, this position is responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of Social Work services across Thrive Group Community Services locations. The role includes providing direct counselling, intake and other relevant assessments, advocacy with diverse populations, and supporting the development and monitoring of client care plans. Responsibilities extend to supporting clients with various physical and psycho‑social conditions, including mental health concerns, system navigation challenges, and social determinants of health. The position requires delivery of client, caregiver, and employee education initiatives, and offers clinical and therapeutic leadership to the Thrive Group Community Services teams and programs.
