Social Worker

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the company's social responsibility activities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, promotes, and executes the social responsibility initiatives offered or developed by the company.
• Emotional or Psychological Support and Referral of Cases in LYRA.
• Understands and applies the NOM-035-STPS regulations.
• Conducts benefit campaigns for employees.
• Organizes recreational and cultural activities.
• Plans motivational programs.
• Participation in VIBE's initiatives.
• Supports Human Resources department activities.
• Performs other assignments as needed.
