As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, evaluate technical requirements, and deliver scalable, high-quality executions across channels.
- Analyze campaign briefs and business requirements to design scalable solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build, configure, and manage multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting logic using SQL and Data Extensions.
