Seize the chance to take over a solo Family Health Organization practice in Hamilton, Ontario, co-located with 7 colleagues. This established practice offers excellent support and resources.
A retiring physician seeks a successor for her solo FHO/FHT practice on West Hamilton Mountain. This role is ideal for candidates looking to join a network of 23 members while managing approximately 1,600 patients and benefiting from up to 8 weeks of vacation coverage annually. Work alongside supportive colleagues and administrative staff to ensure quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a roster of about 1,600 patients
• Conduct patient appointments at 15-30 minute intervals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team
• Utilize Telus PS Suite EMR for record-keeping
• Oversee on-call responsibilities for FHO
