Sourcing Manager

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead supplier development across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and grow high‑performing suppliers, develop strategic sourcing plans, drive cost and operational efficiencies, and collaborate closely with global cross‑functional teams. Success requires 12–15 years of experience in supplier development and strategic sourcing within the medical device industry, along with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication capabilities.
What you will do:
+ Conduct market research on industry size, key players, customer segments, company size, revenue, upcoming technologies, and SWOT analysis to support supplier sourcing.
+ Identify, establish communication, assess and build new suppliers in Best Cost Country locations for key strategic categories (machining, forging, plastics, electronics, sheet metal etc.) supporting Stryker’s global manufacturing network.
