Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute packaging sourcing strategies across primary and secondary packaging to drive cost optimization, quality improvement, sustainability, and service performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Quality teams to support packaging development from concept through commercialization.
• Lead supplier negotiations for packaging materials and services while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Manage and strengthen strategic supplier relationships to ensure strong performance in quality, delivery, innovation, and cost competitiveness.
