Sourcing Manager

As the Sourcing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Left On Friday’s global sourcing strategy to support our premium active swimwear and lifestyle product lines. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, onboarding, and developing strategic vendor partnerships that balance quality, capacity, cost, compliance, and scalability as LOF continues to grow.

Working in close partnership with Production, Merchandising, Raw Materials Planning and cross-functional teams, you will ensure LOF has the right vendor ecosystem in place—today and in the future. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship‑driven leader who is equally comfortable negotiating costs, evaluating operational risk, and building long‑term supplier partnerships.
