This role is responsible for building proactive talent pipelines across assigned markets and functions in Latin America. You will focus on market mapping, candidate attraction, and engagement strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring stakeholders.

The role sits within a centralized global hub based in Bogotá, supporting cross-border hiring needs in a dynamic, multinational environment.
