Primary Job Purpose:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. We’re looking for a professional who is dedicated to food quality and sets high standards for their output. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, or will be looking to take the next step in their career (from Junior Sous or equivalent). A flexible approach to work is a must, along with a positive can-do attitude.
About The Role

- Provide excellent back up to the Head Chef, and in their absence to provide adequate supervisory back up using you own discretion.
- To undertake duties as set you by the Head Chef or Management.
- To actively be an integral part of the Kitchen Management team in the absence together with the Senior Sous and Head Chef.
