Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking Dyson customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Record and maintain detailed notes of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
