About the Role
The successful candidate will plan, direct and monitor all Special Needs Equipment operations to respond to provincial client equipment needs while following established objectives and contract requirements from the Saskatchewan Aids to Independent Living (SAIL) Program. The candidate will be responsible for preparing annual operating plans, submitting budgets and performing monthly monitoring to meet annual financial targets. The incumbent will also be responsible for hiring, supervising and developing direct reports in a department of thirty staff across the province.
