Specialist Business Support
Location: GSC BOG
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Global CW1 accounts are linked to local accounts in CW1 by timely follow-up with countries involved in Implementation.
- Manage and maintain stakeholder list for each project.
- Liaise with various stakeholders for new process onboarding.
- Support IMPAT ExComs with various report generation and creation.
- Manage and monitor customer surveys on implementation projects.
- Perform post go‑live implementation checks (Hyper care support).
- Support the handover & sign off of SOPs for customers implemented.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives for GICC (Integral Impat Competence Center).
- Lead trainings for new team members and assure they are achieved.
- Revise and update Business Support toolkits accordingly.
- Cross‑train within the team.
