Role Description
Oncology Sales Specialist
To ensure patient access to oncology therapies related to Astellas's products and services for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and staff within the assigned geography.
Educate customers on product use, characteristics, indicated treatments, and related developments. Professionally represent Astellas in the field, maintaining high visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. Maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers.
Call on targeted physicians, oncology clinics, centers, and hospitals to educate on product use through meetings, presentations, professional education programs, and other means. Responsible for high call and field productivity, meeting or exceeding call plans with 5 days in the field weekly, supported by office time for planning, follow-up, and preparations.
