We are looking for a Bilingual Patient Care Specialist to provide patient support for patients enrolled in our Patient Support Program. The role is based in Saint‑Laurent, Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for patients enrolled in the Patient Support Program and prescribing physician, if applicable.
• Conduct welcome calls to gather information, introduce the support program, and obtain patient consent.
• Inform patients about program offerings (case management support, reimbursement support, self‑injection training, prescription coordination, ongoing compliance).
