Job Purpose

Represent the client across a range of medical and project‑based activities through inbound and outbound communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, balanced and timely medical information to internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of assigned products and disease states.
• Ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards across client programs, including accurate data collection, documentation and entry into program‑specific databases.
• Identify, document and report adverse events (AEs) and product quality complaints (PQCs) in accordance with Inizio procedures, client requirements and regulatory guidelines, ensuring timely escalation to Quality Assurance and/or clients.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports, including KPIs, inquiry trends, therapeutic areas and emerging topics.
