Role Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure product availability: plan product purchases (finished and bulk) from various suppliers (internal and third‑party) based on the level of service targeted for the portfolio in line with global objectives.
  • Follow up with suppliers and execute the purchasing plan.
  • Analyze and validate potential shortage reports, BO reports, and expiry dates.
  • Present expected shortages or risks at the weekly Customer Protect meeting.
  • Respond to market demands (BIR) for business opportunities and share opportunities or impacts on supply.
  • Participate in Life Cycle Management team projects to operationalize various changes (manufacturing sites, API suppliers, equipment, etc.).
  • Attend and assist in the preparation of business reviews (S&OP) with suppliers to present market realities and ensure Canada’s prioritization.
