Responsibilities
- Estimate manufacturing and assembly costs for turbine engine components or modules.
- Analyze technical drawings to define optimal manufacturing processes.
- Determine raw materials and manufacturing processes to achieve optimal cost targets.
- Create 3D models to evaluate machining volumes and dimensions required to transform raw material into finished parts.
- Define cutting parameters and operation sequences to estimate and validate cycle times.
- Prepare technical documentation required for cost analysis and negotiations.
- Contribute to the development of negotiation strategies.
- Participate in cost negotiations with partners to reach competitive agreements.
