Overview

Parkland School is a designated special education independent school that supports approximately 25 students, ranging in age from 6 to 19. It is a setting tailored to meet the needs of children with significant physical, medical and developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a dynamic educator to join our team. Responsibilities

• Creating a structured, safe and engaging learning environment that supports diverse and complex learning needs.
• Developing and implementing student-centered programming, through IPP’s and modifying the curriculum.
• Building strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families, and showing effective leadership and classroom‑management techniques when guiding specialized student aides.
