We are seeking energetic, confident, and sports‐oriented individuals to join our onboard Sports & Recreation Team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy leading activities, engaging guests, and creating fun and inclusive experiences at sea.As Sports Staff, you will lead a variety of onboard sports and recreational programs, including FlowRider surfing, basketball, ping‐pong, and other guest activities, while ensuring safety and delivering excellent guest service.Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate onboard sports and recreational activities Host and facilitate FlowRider sessions and other signature attractions Engage guests of all ages, including families, children, and adults Confidently speak on a microphone and lead group activities Ensure safety procedures are followed and manage guest behavior Support multiple activities based on daily operational needsQualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience leading sports or recreational activities Background in sports or recre...
