We are seeking energetic, confident, and sports‐oriented individuals to join our onboard Sports & Recreation Team.This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy leading activities, engaging guests, and creating fun and inclusive experiences at sea.As Sports Staff, you will lead a variety of onboard sports and recreational programs, including FlowRider surfing, basketball, ping‐pong, and other guest activities, while ensuring safety and delivering excellent guest service.Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate onboard sports and recreational activities- Host and facilitate FlowRider sessions and other signature attractions- Engage guests of all ages, including families, children, and adults- Confidently speak on a microphone and lead group activities- Ensure safety procedures are followed and manage guest behavior- Support multiple activities based on daily operational needsQualifications- Minimum of 2 years' experience leading sports or recreational activities- Background in sports o...
