Role Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in the turbomachinery controls business. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts and work with the organization cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions. Win new customers through business development activities through complex sales processes while leveraging CCC expertise in turbomachinery, wider Honeywell customer base, relationships and synergies. Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth. <...
