Sr Analyst, Business

Responsibilities

• Participates in the implementation of Business Transformation Initiatives
• Collaborates with Executive Stakeholders to prepare and present business case and/or project proposals, including financial analysis, cost estimates, terms of reference and cost/benefit studies of each solution option
• Analyzes business processes and synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous process models and process documentation
• Assess current policies, programs or services and applies a variety of analytic processes and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement
• Facilitates and lead in-depth workshops to elicit review and confirm business requirements, business process re‑engineering, data and workflows, business models, business rules and user interface designs
