Sr. Analyst, Fp&A Gbs (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

OverviewGBS FP&A; requires a financial analyst who will oversee the sustainability, affordability and accuracy of a $130M USD budget for +65 departments and +2,400 employees.This position will help to standardize the existing service in the GBS centers and to optimize the use of resources in order to generate efficiencies.ResponsibilitiesConsolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.) considering company's goals and financial standing.Generate reports from OneStream & Oracle databases.Assemble and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks.Develop forecast models.Identify trends, elaborate robust narratives and recommend actions to FP&A Manager, Senior Manager and Area Directors based on sound analysis.Track and determine financial status by analyzing vigente results in comparison with forecasts.Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field....
