Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will own governance for forecasting and reporting/analytics for labor planning within Warner Bros.
Discovery's compensation and benefits domain.
The role executes annual and quarterly labor planning, supports month-end close activities, develops ad-hoc reports, and provides high-quality financial insights to business partners across Studios.
The analyst will improve planning processes, reduce reconciliation time, and assist with system enhancement testing.
Responsibilities
Ensure deep knowledge of personnel cost within the team.
Perform detailed reviews of headcount and staff costs with HR partners and business units.
Execute planning and forecasting of personnel cost of P&A and provide commentaries on variances versus prior forecasts, budgets, and prior year.
Support month-end close from an FP&A perspective with variance analysis focused on personnel cost.
