Sr Business Analyst - Multimedia (Ottawa)

Our client, the Bank of Canada has a full-time 2 year contract prospect for Senior Business Analyst in Multimedia. The position requires to be onsite in Ottawa one day per week, the rest is remote.

Support production readiness planning and execution activities to ensure the successful implementation and operational transition of the financial system.

• Collaborate with business and QA stakeholders to define and validate business scenarios, operational workflows, and testing outcomes
• Facilitate the identification, tracking, and resolution of defects, operational gaps, and process issues throughout the testing and deployment phases
• Develop, maintain, and govern operational documentation required to support production readiness and ongoing operations, including SOPs, runbooks, support procedures, process flows, and user guidance materials
