Sr. Commercial Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel provides comprehensive in‑house legal support to Vertiv’s business operations in Mexico, with additional regional support for Colombia and Central America, reporting directly to the Legal Director of LATAM. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, business‑oriented legal advice across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.

This position is suited for a legal professional who has recently transitioned into a senior‑level role and is continuing to develop depth, judgment, and regional exposure while operating with increasing autonomy. The Senior Legal Counsel supports the business by identifying legal risks early, facilitating commercially sound decisions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and ethical standards.
