• Lead and execute end-to-end continuous improvements initiatives across manufacturing and/or supply chain operations.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and long-term operational strategy.
• Analyze operational performance using data-driven approaches to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a key contributor in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and coach cross-functional teams.
