The Opportunity
Senior Design Engineer is expected to complete projects on time, on budget and with minimum supervision. The role includes overseeing and participating in a broad spectrum of engineering work such as design updates to product lines, lean initiatives, research & development, and troubleshooting production issues. It is highly cross‑functional and involves close collaboration with Purchasing, Production, and Sales departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine product designs using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
