Sr Director, Operations (SMT)

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Director, Engineering located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the VP Operations, Sr Director, Engineering will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of SMT process engineering and manufacturing technology roadmap-driving robust, scalable processes through high-volume production. Working with cross-functional teams will identify process gaps, develop solutions, and industrialize improvements through site qualification and mass production.

The Sr Director, engineering will manage multiple projects in parallel balancing schedule, cost, and technical performance while supporting customer engagement during early phases and pre-quote to win new business.
