Role Description
Overview
Senior Director- Real Estate Investments is responsible for sourcing and executing property acquisitions, dispositions, and developments, and assisting with asset management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with internal subject‑matter experts, senior executives, external property owners, developers, joint‑venture partners, brokers, appraisers, legal and other consultants.
- Conduct valuation modeling, financial pro‑forma analysis, and review third‑party environmental, structural, development, appraisal, and feasibility reports.
- Present findings and proposals with strong communication skills.
- Prepare regular and deal‑specific reports and submissions to Chartwell’s senior executives, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors.
