Sr. Engineering Manager

ResponsibilitiesLead engineering teams across product development, NPI, and manufacturing processes.Execute new product introductions and production line transfers.Manage engineering changes and implementation into manufacturing.Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.Coordinate with key functions (Product Development, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain).
