The Sr Field Support Representative - Sustainment (Sr FSR - Sustainment) provides comprehensive support and mentoring to users in the field on any supported communications system both domestically and overseas. Members of this team will be required to travel internationally 8 to 16 weeks per year.
Tasks
- Mentoring operational user on the use of LC4ISR Capabilities;
- Providing training, mentorship, guidance and support (both in the classroom & in the field) to end users;
- Working with System Integration Teams as the Subject Matter Expert;
- Assisting with installation and maintenance issues;
