Role Description
Position: Amazon Connect Business Development Specialist - US EnterpriseKey job responsibilitiesOwn the GTM strategy and execution for Amazon Connect in US Enterprise, collaborating with Sales, Partners, End Customers, Marketing, and other Specialists.Leverage deep CCaaS expertise to identify key customer problems in the region, driving demand and assisting field teams in solution delivery.Lead cross‐functional initiatives to expand markets and accounts, develop scalable programs for adoption, and uncover new opportunities within the domain.Develop and execute goals to drive long‐term growth in geography while meeting or exceeding revenue and non‐revenue KPIs.Provide customer data and market signals to Worldwide teams to prioritize product development.Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews and operational planning documents for the technology domain and geography.Partner with cross‐functional teams, including Specialists, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, and Training, ...
