Sr. Infrastructure Engineer

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Key member of the Technical Operations Center (TOC) team.
Provides day-to-day operational support of Celanese's global infrastructure environment.
Each individual works closely with our Service Desk, Infrastructure, Operations Engineering and Applications teams.
Responsible for initiatives and strategic & operational projects.
Continually strive to improve capabilities across the Celanese infrastructure.
- Monitoring of network, servers and storage devices at all Company sites; Early detect potential high impact issues on our infrastructure to prevent high impact to business
- Resolve Incidents generated throughout the company ; Provide prompt response for incidents based on priority in adherence to our SLA's
- Execute Initiatives to improve IT processes and practices ; Keep IT Operations processes and practices up to date
